Sugar Plum Creative guarantees your 100% satisfaction with any physical Products that you purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with any Prints, Canvases, Albums and/or other physical Products you have purchased, we will gladly replace the Product you have ordered within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of the Product.
If you receive damaged or defective Prints, Canvases, Albums and/or other physical Products you have purchased, we will gladly replace or refund the Product you have ordered within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the Product.
Refunds are not issued for the original shipping cost unless your order is physically damaged or defective in some manner. A pre-paid return label will also be sent to you for the damaged or defective Product.
Refunds are not available for digital downloads once the files are delivered.
